Remote Parking
You have the option to park and unpark your vehicle remotely.
The Remote Parking App offers functions to customers with vehicles which can be connected to the Internet and which are equipped with the Remote Parking function. With the Remote Parking App, you can park or exit a parking space using a compatible end device as a Bluetooth remote control. You can also use exploration mode to manoeuvre the vehicle (e.g. in a garage) without being in the vehicle. After activating Remote Parking Assist (Remote Parking Pilot in older vehicles) on the infotainment system of your vehicle, you can begin performing the manoeuvres using a compatible end device. When doing so, the vehicle key must be outside the vehicle, but within a certain distance of it (normally around 3m). Please be aware that a Mercedes me account and a compatible end device with a Bluetooth connection are required to use this App. The range of functions available depends on the vehicle configuration, the acceptance of the general terms of use of Mercedes me connect services and the terms of use of Remote Parking Assist/Remote Parking Pilot. These must be confirmed by the vehicle’s main user who can be identified on the customer portal of Mercedes me connect.The App requires access to telephone functions in order to be authenticated for a secure connection to the vehicle.This app is compatible with selected vehicles up to model year 08/2020.The app security has been optimized. An update is required to continue using the function.

-2 stars because MB is not reacting here. Had the same issue like all others. But to fix it is very simple. It seems to be an issue with the permissions granted during the installation. Just click your App icon (or in Settings->Apps), go to app info/details and grant the permissions for BT and Location (they are all off by default). And the App starts and works like a charm. But have to admit that it's a bit strange that MB is not reacting on all those negative reviews if the fix is so simple.
Mercedez can you pls let people use the app for free trial until 2 weeks and then paid
App will load up if Bluetooth is off but will crash out as soon as its enabled. UPDATE... Make sure location is on as app crashes as above if not. It works fine now but still a ripoff in my opinion as I dont see what the subscription is for. Its my phone ,my car, my connection and my super expensive upgrade option. Tut.
App keeps crashing. It just won't open. Can't believe Mercedes is letting such app coming up to the market.

Unfortunately it simply does not work. Each time I try to start the app , the app crashes. Very disappointing application from Mercedes.
I bought a S560 which had the hardware to upgrade for remote switch on. before upgrading my software the app was useless and no one told me it won't work because of that matter. I just upgraded my software and now it works as described with my Galaxy S10.
Pile of junk. After years in development, stll can't work with Android 8 on Samsung. Hours wasted trying to get it to connect. MB should change their ads to state that it's a non functional costly feature.
